Other than the first few times, Elizabeth has always loved taking baths. We would draw up some water and watch her splash away and play with her bath toys. After she was old enough, we started giving her showers if we didn't have a lot of time, since it was much quicker than a full bath. Recently though, Elizabeth was introduced to bubbles...of the bath kind. Now, she always wants a bath full of the sudsy, foamy goodness to entertain her during her cleaning sessions. One time, we ran out of the bubble bath soap and Elizabeth was so disappointed. She kept asking for bubble bath. I ended up taking one of her regular body washes and foaming it up as much as I could. It seemed to be enough to please her, although I'm sure it wasn't nearly as much as she's used to seeing. Anyway, it's a good play time for her without the mess, even though bubbles do tend to get everywhere. The great thing about Korean bathrooms is that they pretty much all have drains outside of the bathtub/shower. This makes clean up easy...just run some water and it's done. That's a win for everyone. -T
