Market Day at the Franciscan Foreign Kindergarten

With a new baby on the way, it is time to make some space!  Also, we have very limited storage in our apartment and the balcony was starting to look like a closet.  So, we cleaned out as much as we could, parting with infrequently used kitchen appliances, electronics, clothing and household decorations to sell at the Market Day at the Franciscan Foreign Kindergarten.  Thank you to Elizabeth's Aunt, who is the Principal there and let us join in on all the fun.  The goal was to get rid of all our stuff and try not to buy other's people junk.  Well, we were partly successful.  We sold about 75% of the things we brought and then gave away the rest to charity.  The only things we picked up were two pairs of new rain boots, from a lady who had recently closed her children's clothing store.  One yellow ducky pair for this summer and another green frog one for next summer.  -S

Daddy is always prepared.
Now we can play outside during monsoon season!

  1. HI,

I live in Seoul, and I have a question about this market day. I went last year with a friend whose kids went to that school. My friend moved, but I was wondering if there is a market day this fall again. I really enjoyed it last time.
    Thanks,

    Pam
